Application Submission

Preliminary Shortlist (Online Recommendation)
Based on the evaluation criteria, the Expert Panel conducts a comprehensive review of the submitted materials and recommends a shortlist of entries.
Final Selection List (Final On-site Recommendation)
The Expert Panel further evaluates the preliminary shortlist, prepares a detailed assessment report, and recommends the final recommend cases.
